Shakespeare raised Romeo and Juliet to iconic status. Their names the world over have become an ideal of youthful passion.

New Artistic Director, Timothy Sheader, opens his first season with this thrilling play. ‘Night’s cloak’ famously hides the young lovers, what better way to share their story than beneath that same night sky.

Running time: approx. 2 hours 45 mins including an interval.

There will be Preview performances of Romeo and Juliet on 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 June.

There will be a captioned performance of Romeo and Juliet on Monday 21 July at 8pm.
